美国南密西西比大学 白逢伟教授课题组诚招病毒感染免疫方向的优秀硕博士(免学费)
Dr. Fengwei Bai’s laboratory in the Department of Biological Sciences at The University of Southern Mississippi (Hattiesburg, MS, USA) is look for a self-motived and hardworking Ph.D candidate to study the pathogensis of Zika virus, West Nile virus and dengue virus in mouse models, and to develop vaccines and anti-viral reagents. The Ph.D position will start from the fall semester 2018. Dr. Bai’s research is supported by grants from the NIH, American Heart Association and other funding agencies. The laboratory currently has three graduate students (two Ph.D and one master student). The lab research environment is very friendly, collaborative and productive. In last five years, Dr. Bai and his students published over 20 research articles in Journal of Immunology, Journal of Virology, Journal of Biological chemistry, Scientific Reports and etc.. Two recently graduated Ph.D students were recruited as postdoctoral fellows by the US National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and University of Chicago, respectively. The benefits of graduate students in the Department of Biological Sciences include tuition waiver, RA or TA support, and free health insurance. The basic qualification of a candidate must have a BS or a master degree in biology, medicine or other related fields with strong interests in study of Virology, Immunology and infectious diseases.
