南洋理工大学EEE学院先进光子实验室(APR)的Donguk Nam教授有意招收有关MEMS方向的博士后，以下是招聘信息，有意者请直接联系！ Postdoctoral Research Fellow Position in MEMS Technology at NTU, Singapore Advanced Photonics Research (APR) Lab at School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a postdoctoral research fellow position in the field of NEMS technology. The central theme of our research focuseson developing a new class of semiconductorbased light sources for next-generation optical and quantum computing. Our lab's most recent research on strained germanium nanowire laser using NEMS technology is currently in press at Nature Communications, and our team is now seeking acandidate who can push the work to the next level. The successful candidate is expected to perform one or more of the following tasks: - Strong understanding on semiconductor device physics - Hands-on experience on NEMS device fabrication and characterization The successful candidate should possess: - PhD degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or related areas Salary and terms of employment: Successful candidates can expect competitive salary and benefits. Monthly salary will be determined based on educational qualifications and research experience. Settling-in allowance will also be provided. The period of employment is 2 years.
