我觉得最有效的方法应该是先把听力提高上去，然后下载一些视频（如电影片段、名人演讲等），跟着一句一句的模仿、练习视频里的语音语调。有机会能和老外交流最好，但如果你听不懂的话，白白浪费机会。还有建议楼主多看英美的电视连续剧或者节目（现在国内似乎有很多可以下载）。如果你能很轻松的看懂这些，口语是自然而然的流利哒。

recite certain articles maybe a good way, also repeat the English subtitles while you watch original English series sit-coms or something like that. good luck , gentlemen and ladies

first，focus on your pronunciation and phonetics, work hard on them.
second, grammar and sentence, get familiar with them.
third, when you can talk with some foreign guys bravely, you need to,meanwhile, read a lot of foreign books and novels for strengthening and application.

well, if you are so addicted about movies and TV series, you can find some this kinds of media resources without subtitle or english subtitles. Another way, further way, that is editing your favorite movies with your own subtitles and translations. So I made a subtitle of Avata for myself and had learnt from this process a lot. I also like using english language software on PC and playing english subtitle PC-video games, my first english PC video game is call of duty 4 modern warfare, assassin creed, medal of honor. Actually, I mean, if you really want to learn english on all aspects, you can find million ways to learn it, and still embrace it happilly.
