Dear Mr.
I have looked at manuscript ID# 0209, entitled "¡¡", which you submitted to the Journal
As you may be aware, all the papers that we receive from PR China are first of all screened to see if their English is acceptable so that we can proceed to the next step in considering the paper, namely submitting it to referees to get reports on the scientific contents of the paper. In your case I received the following report:
"The English in this paper is unacceptable.
The main issues are poor syntax and a lack of appreciation of basic grammatical structures. Vocabulary is also an issue with many of the words used only having an approximate meaning to that intended. Word order is also unconventional and prepositions are frequently omitted or incorrect and this affects syntax and meaning. The incorrect use of nouns, adjectives, verbs and adverbs is also an issue.
The use of tenses is poor, with past and present tenses being used incorrectly and inconsistently on many occasions and the perfect tense not used when required. The misuse or omission of articles is a major problem in this paper with mistakes occurring in almost every sentence. Plurals are used incorrectly or inconsistently on many occasions."
In the light of this I regret that we cannot continue with the processing of your paper and therefore it is denied publication in the International Journal of Remote Sensing at this time. However, a new manuscript may be submitted which takes into consideration these comments. In preparing a revised manuscript I would strongly urge you to find some native speaker of English to help you.
IMPORTANT: In order to avoid delays, if your paper is finally accepted for publication, I would earnestly encourage you to make absolutely sure that your have fully complied with the Instructions for Authors and the Further Notes on Style that apply to this Journal. PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED FILE which contains a summary of these Instructions.
PLEASE ALSO NOTE that resubmitting your manuscript does not guarantee eventual acceptance, and that your resubmission will be subject to re-review by the referee(s) before a decision is made.
You will be unable to make your revisions on the originally submitted version of your manuscript. Instead, revise your manuscript using a word processing program and save it on your computer.
Once you have revised your manuscript, go to https://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/tres and login to your "Corresponding Author Centre". Click on "Manuscripts with Decisions," and then click on "Create a Resubmission" located next to the manuscript number. Then, follow the steps for resubmitting your manuscript.
Because we are trying to facilitate timely publication of manuscripts submitted to the Journal, your revised manuscript should be uploaded as soon as possible, but no later than in SIX MONTHS. If it is not possible for you to submit your revision in six months, we may have to consider your paper as a new submission.
I look forward to a resubmission.
