Those three Years

In 2013, I graduated from an university located in the Middle east of China ,It is an university not so famous, But I have an unforgettable memory there, Since then ,I stepped into society ,unlike other classmates full of confusions , My graduation Season was lucky enought, I entered into a venture company, Maybe I can't call it a company ,It is just an Electronice plant, I know nothing about this filed before I entred this facotry , the majory I learned in my campus ,It is Biotechnology , I don't know what is SMT ,what is AOI, waht is THT...,But I have no way ,Now that I stepped into this filed ,I need to learn all the things ,All the knowledge refer to it so that I can do this job well , Oh ,Forgot to mention the thing I did in this company, It was not engineer or production things , I did't know how to describe it , May daily job mainly involves in communicating with the overseas cusotmer , Just arrange the purcahse order , deivery , and Compliants from this Customer, It was a bridge between Cusomter and local factory , Something people call it merchandise , I don't know It is excatlly or not . I worked in this position for about a half year,then something happened to me , one day , Our manager said that he want to move me to other position to have a try,what about my opinions, at that time ,although I was not so clear what the position exactly he mean, But without any doubting, I accepted it.... |

| Because of the positon changing ,I need to move to the big/Headquarter office, It is in the other building of our factory ,There are abou 300 staff in this office ,To be frank , I was not so familar with the people in this office although I worked here for a short time; I towrad to my desk with the stationeries,the clerk told me that this is my computer and desk , regard to my daily work , she also told me that I need to take over the job the woman beside me; at that time ,My doubting was unfolded:this woman had been pregnanting for about six monthes and several months later, she need to go back to give birth to baby, her maternity leaving holiday is about three months, During those period of time,I need to deal her things well |

| talking about the woman's daily job, we called her Kelly , She is an account manager in this company , Had been working here for about 7 years, The product she controlled ,It was very complicated , It was smoke/audit detector, It is integration product , It includs many the electronic part ,the plastic part , and also the machining part ; Those kind of product , for a newbie like me ,Of course , This is very hard and full of challenge , I have no way but to learn every day , to learn more about this kind of produt, After I learned for about two months ,her maternity leave begins ,which means I need to deal all the things by myself ,I need to control all the orders ,all the materials , and also all the problems from the overseas customers .This is just part of it , also I need to charge the NPI( new product introudction ), this is full of challenge also, holding conference call with the overseas customer everyday to discuss with the status ,to discuss with all the problem.... |

| Althoug this was a position full of challenges , I took over it and did all the things , At least not so bad , My boss/Superior like me very much, four months later ,After Kelly came back from her maternity leaving,I think I will give back this position to her , but one day , My boss said to me ,From now on you will do this position and will not change , I will arrange Kelly to do other things , At that time ,I don't know I was happy or not ,The things I did ,It increased so much , But the salary I got ,It is still the same,It seems that it is a little unfair ; But I didn't say anything and accept it quietly and worked there for another one and a half years. |

Time flied to 2015 , At that time , I talked a girlfried, We are from the same county, the same middle school , After her graduate from the universtiy, She started to worked in the city beside me ,At that time ,I often help her , contact her , She was moved by all the things I did for her and finally accepted me; This is a unforgettable moment in my life; But Happy is one thing , the reality is another , and this is also very important , Although I worked in this company for about two years , The salary I got increased some , But this still can't offered our coming plan, We need to purchase the house , No matter It is in current city or our hometown , We must have one for our wedding , We argued everyday for this things, I know the help from my parents are limited , most of the money lacking need to rely on myself , at that time , I was full of pressures . To pursue a more salary postion , and also to pursure our family dream. at Feb 2015, I quit this company , quit this position, and came to antoher company ,this is also my current working compnay , This is an Sweden company, The salary and welfare , Of course , It is much better that the previous one, At Dec 2015, Our family dream came ture ,We purchased our house .... Currently ,I am still working in this compnay , But I think several days later I need to find job again because our current company has been purchase/Mergered by another company , and the new company has decided to close this subsidiary, which means all of us will be fired ..... This is my last several days I stay in this company , Nothing to do currently ,The purpos we still stay here is that we need to get compensation from this company , So I have time to write this article , to writ the story about my three years ... |
