本人沪上三甲医院骨科主治医生，欲赴约翰霍普金斯医院做博士后，科室经费支持，走因公J1签证。护照上有B1/B2十年签，曾赴美一次。

下午12:45到达梅龙镇广场，领外事办发的标签，这时其实有点晚了，第二批进入，流程不多说。
我排在English only窗口，金发姐姐
递护照，简单问候，自觉自己的的笑容僵硬
问：what are you going for？
答： for my research scholarship？
问：research scholarship？Do you have the DS-2019 form?
答：yes，递2019表
问：So you are a surgeon?
答：yes, I’m a surgeon.
问：what is the research about?
答：blabla blabla
问：have you been to the States?
答：yes, I’ve been there once?
问：for what?
答：blablablabla
问：how long did you stay?
答：about one week.
问：have you read the handbook?（权利手册）
答：yes.
问：do you have any questions about it?
答：no questions, Madam

然后直接在我2019表签字盖章，告诉我通过了，并告诉我入境时候带上护照和2019表，没有给我任何条子。
