University of Wollongong’s positions for PhD candidate, CSC-exchange students, CSC-exchange postdoctoral scholars and visiting scholars

We have several positions for PhD students, CSC-exchange students, visiting scholars in the field of batteries and catalysis (Li, Na, K-ion batteries, CO2 reduction, HER/OER catalysis) at the Institute for Superconducting & Electronic Materials (ISEM), University of Wollongong (UOW). Candidates with background in batteries, catalysis, nanomaterials synthesis or solid-state electrolytes are expected.
For PhD student:

Candidates who have or are pursuing a master’s degree are preferred.
Language Requirements:
(i) IELTS (Academic): Overall IELTS score of 6.5 and individual band scores of 6.0.
(ii) TOEFL (IBT):  Overall band score is 88, individual band (reading 20, others 18).
Scholarships:
Around 27,000 AUD (tax-free) per year.

Besides, CSC-supported PhD candidates or joint program are also welcome.

Important: CSC-exchange students, CSC-exchange postdoctoral scholars, visiting scholars are also welcome.
