SAFE C.I.T.I. (Community and InTegrated Infrastructure) Research Group in the Civil Engineering Department at Case Western Reserve University is looking for outstanding Ph.D. candidates for Graduate Student Research Assistantship. 要求：
The minimum requirements for this position are as follows:
•        Completion of the M.S. degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
•        Knowledge of Engineering Mechanics, Structural Design and Analysis, Structural Dynamics (Fluid Dynamics optional), Engineering Probability and Probabilistic Applications for Structural Load and Performance Evaluation
•        Knowledge of simulations using OpenSees / LS-DYNA / Fluent / FLACS or any other computational tools for structural or fluid behaviors
•        Knowledge of computer programming using MATLAB / C / C++ or any other computer programming tools
•        Applicants should satisfy all requirements to apply for the Ph.D. program of the School of Graduate Studies at Case Western Reserve University & the eligibility requirements.
