(AMP)(氨苄西林),KAN(卡那霉素),chloramphenicol (CM)(氯霉素)。文献中把这些物质译为Resistance。不知该作何翻译?求教大家,谢谢


原文文献如下:
E. coli T7 (harbouring pMH1, pFZ81, and pGB310), T8 (harbouring pMH1, pFZ81, and pGB311), T9 (harbouring pMH1, pFZ81, and pGB312), T10 (harbouring pMH1, pFZ81, and pGB313), and T11 (harbouring pMH1, pFZ81, and pGB314) were cultivated in 2-L flasks containing 1 L LB medium at 37 °C with 100 mg/L ampicillin (AMP)(氨苄西林), 50 mg/L KAN(卡那霉素), and 34 mg/L chloramphenicol (CM)(氯霉素). When the OD600 reached 0.6–0.8, 0.1 mM IPTG(异丙基硫代半乳糖苷) was added to the cultures, protein expression was induced at 16 °C for 18 h, and the strains were then cultivated at 28 °C for an additional 3 days. The cell cultures were extracted twice with an equal volume of hexane. The organic layer was concentrated using a rotary evaporator, and terpenoids were purified using a Dionex Ultimate 3000 UHPLC system. 返回小木虫查看更多

    萃取发酵液的溶剂要根据想要提取的成分来吧,每个产物都会有差别,我猜估计是想要的产物极易溶与乙烷,但不确定,这个得看具体的产物和发酵液成分了
