        Support and direct development new and or/support of existing products,   and partly provide affiliates, business partners and direct customers with  technical support (focus on the field of application ELP).
       
       
       
       
        Major Accountabilities  (Describe the 5-7 main results of the role to be achieved)
        Ö÷ÒªÖ°ÔðÄÚÈÝ£¨5-7¸öÖ÷ÒªÖ°Ôð£©
•        Responsible to formulate, generate supporting development information and commercialize new formulating product in China market
•        Facilitate formulation/technology transfer to production as required to simulate the formulation process with recipe to do lab trial and pilot plant scale up including new source of material evaluation
•        Prepare sample with new formulating recipe to support global and China product release with timescale as required
•        Follow appropriate processes and maintain technical records to a high standard, meeting local quality standards and global requirement
•        Partly support to make troubleshooting in customer side to make the investigation report with improved solution
•        Regular communication with R&D in HQ,   eg. gather data at field trials and transfer case study experience from local market requirement.
•        According to the environmental, health and safety standards, compliance to all the site safety regulation, process and working guidance to protect personal safety and colleagues

•        Outside sales (domestic and export) ¨C annual defined figure (weighting 15%)

Quality (80%):
•        SurTec 888 upgrade version, less additive and stable black
•        Cr-6 free etching/passivation products in Cr-3 plating process(finding a suitable formulation path)
•        Pop products review and make proposal to improvement
•        Partly take care of ELP-F area, such as blue passivation, sealers, acid zinc-nickel
•        Training (staff and customers) on demand, specially during the new products release time period.
•        Ensure all visitors and users in lab abide by SurTec health and safety rules
