ANSYS 热-结构间接耦合
ansys用生死单元分析热—结构间接耦合分析残余应力,模型如图(已经用VGLUE将模型粘结为一体),转换为结构单元,并对两个面施加了全约束条件,如图,但计算的时候一直提示出错: AMG solver error 1 level: Possibly ,the model is unconstrained or other rigid body mechanism existed in the model ,求大神帮忙看问题出在哪!!

求大神,在热分析的时候用了SURF152生成了表面单元,一开始以为是这里出了问题,可是在温度场计算完后我把SURF152删掉还是会有这个错误
结构部分缺少约束,与表面效应单元应该没有关系。

那么可能是上下两个物体的连接有问题。可以做一次模态分析,提取 10 个频率,看看是否有接近 0 的频率。如果存在接近 0 的频率,到常用后处理显示这些频率的模态形状,分析一下缺少什么约束。
至于底面加不上约束,不了解你的详细情况,很难判断。你可以把你有问题的模型发上来,帮你分析一下。
