ANSYS 热-结构间接耦合

ansys用生死单元分析热—结构间接耦合分析残余应力，模型如图（已经用VGLUE将模型粘结为一体），转换为结构单元，并对两个面施加了全约束条件，如图，但计算的时候一直提示出错： AMG solver error 1 level: Possibly ,the model is unconstrained or other rigid body mechanism existed in the model ，求大神帮忙看问题出在哪！！

求大神，在热分析的时候用了SURF152生成了表面单元，一开始以为是这里出了问题，可是在温度场计算完后我把SURF152删掉还是会有这个错误

结构部分缺少约束，与表面效应单元应该没有关系。

那么可能是上下两个物体的连接有问题。可以做一次模态分析，提取 10 个频率，看看是否有接近 0 的频率。如果存在接近 0 的频率，到常用后处理显示这些频率的模态形状，分析一下缺少什么约束。
至于底面加不上约束，不了解你的详细情况，很难判断。你可以把你有问题的模型发上来，帮你分析一下。
