Our Quality commitment to the patients leads us

and effective products that are developed,
manufactured, distributed and marketed
observing both regulatory requirements and our

Our well established Quality System, built by the
Global Quality Organization, is described in a
Quality Manual and includes Standards specific
to each domain. As a global diversified
Healthcare Leader, we take pride in
implementing the same fundamental Quality
principles whatever the activities and the
geography: they apply to all types of products,
mature or innovative, for human health or
wellbeing and for animal health, at all stages of
their lifecycle. Quality Risk Management was a
key driver in the design of our Quality System.
The effectiveness of the implementation of the
latter is verified in particular by Quality audits,
and a continual improvement approach is
practiced by all entities.
Quality Fundamentals are lived by the whole
workforce, from senior management to every
employee, substantiating a strong Quality
Culture, a necessary condition for the full
implementation of the Quality System. All
associates must be continuously qualified for
their job, and deploy a constant learning attitude.
