2017月8月22号投了一篇论文到一个很专业的地学期刊（英国，三区的，影响因子：2.4），9月1号顺利送外审，但一直拖到2018年1月8号还是“ Under Review ”状态，所以在1月8号给责任编辑和主编（都是美国人）都发了一封催稿信，责任编辑没有回复，但主编当天就回复了：Hello. I apologize for the delay, I am waiting to hear form the asscoate editor assigned to your paper, if you don’t hear about the paper by next monday,please contact  me again.  
       一个星期过后，还是“ Under Review ”状态，昨晚（9月16号）再次联系主编，今天主编邮件回复：Hello. I apologize for the time it has taken to get your paper reviewed. It appears that the associate editor has had a difficult time getting reviewers. I will look at that paper this week and see if we can get it back to you soon.
      这个期刊给外审专家的审稿时间是1个月，（我老板评审过几篇论文，所以知道审稿周期） 。但现在换主编自己审，从时间上来一定是好事，但主编毕竟不是我这个研究方向的专家，外行专家审稿容易走极端，且主编对论文的要求一般也会更高。不知道各位大神有没有碰到类似情况？
       我还等着这篇论文毕业呢？如果能顺利录用，我6月份就能顺利毕业，否则就延期了。
       继续等待，希望主编给的是好消息！
