最近投了篇文章到Materials Science and Engineering - B，前段时间给了一审大修，两个审稿人，按照他们的意见修改了，然后今天收到了二审，一般来说二审应该是小修吧？小修的意见是谁给呢？审稿人还是编辑给啊？今天收到的二审意见里只有一个审稿人又有两条修改意见，编辑一直都没有什么明确的接不接受，这还靠不靠谱啊？The reviewers have commented on your above paper. They indicated that it is not acceptable for publication in its present form.

但是一般修改意见都是审稿人提出的，当然编辑也可以提意见。但你的已经说了The reviewers have commented on your above paper.
按照意见认真修改才有可能接收，最后一段话只是划定截止日期，是编辑部套话，别担心，
说明问题不大，都是编辑直接处理了
有经验的小伙伴么。。

一般期刊都是审两次，二审完就接受。但有的质量好的期刊很严谨，可能会来回改多次。师姐投AIchE，三审后才接收。
