Duties:
To develop solution processed quantum dot LEDs (QLEDs).
To investigate the degradation mechanism of QLEDs.
To establish a standard testing protocol/platform for QLED lifetime under operation conditions.
To lead a team of research assistant and postgraduate students
Responsible for laboratory maintenance.

Requirements:
PhD degree in Electronics Engineering, Optoelectronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science or related disciplinary subjects, focusing on thin film semi-conductor materials/devices related technologies;
Experiences with instrumentation;
Experiences with QLED/OLED or other thin film devices fabrication and optimization;
Be a good team player in carrying out collaboration project;
Have good communication and presentation skills.
