投的Electrochimica Acta，审稿很快，半个月就回了意见，两个都说明不能发表，要求修改很多内容，涉及机理分析和内容方面的，但同时指出工作有创新，结论新颖。编辑给了拒稿建议重投，如下：
Reviewers' comments on your work have now been received.  You will see that they are advising against publication of the present version of your work.  Therefore I must reject it in a current form.
However, because there are some valuable results in your work, you may wish to resubmit your manuscript (formally as a new submission) to Electrochimica Acta on condition that your work is largely rewritten, significantly improved and thoroughly revised according to suggestions of reviewers.

请问我是应该按照意见补实验然后重投还是改投？重投的话会重新送给原审稿人吗？接收几率大吗？
