关于Industrial Crops and Products 投稿问题

弱弱的再问一下哦最近投了一篇Industrial Crops and Products 三天被拒理由：1 格式错误 2 和一篇文章相似 3 双通讯。其中1 和3 条的确存在，是我的错误，但是第2条就不对了，编辑说重复的文章和我写的文章完全不一样，我在查重软件上查重，也米有和编辑所提的文章有一点点重复。我能改一下格式重新再投这个期刊吗？谢谢哦返回小木虫查看更多

Unfortunately my impression is that not, you cannot. When the editor rejects the manuscript, normally he does not change his mind. You can always ask the editor again.

But you can send it to another journal.

如果杂志社和编辑不禁止，被拒的稿件经过修改后是可以重投的，在重投的时候在cover letter中要说明以前投过稿，给出稿件编号，列出修改说明，还要解释说明重复的问题。

啊还要这样呀我就直接重新投了一遍。。。。。。这下彻底完蛋了
