大胆地问吧，如果要拒怎么都会拒的。我的投的RSC的杂志，中间催了不下三次，最后也接收了。注意说话的方式和语气

如果确实过了期刊的平均审稿期，可以写信问问，参考以下格式：
Dear editor,
Sorry for disturbing you. I am not sure if it is the right time to contact you to inquire about the status of my submitted manuscript titled “Paper Title”. (ID: 文章稿号), although the status of “With Editor” has been lasting for nearly 4 months, since its submission to journal * months ago. I would greatly appreciate if you could spend some of your time check the status for us. I am very pleased to hear from you on the reviewer’s comments.
