8月15投稿，3天后让润色语言，不然不进下一环节。找了他们家合作的那个，选了个优质润色，花了4600左右。9月4日提交，中间在house editor 手里估计20天，然后邀请学术编辑，15天左右with editor吧，系统10月20多号左右才显示under review 。到12月，一共都3个多月了。。。
真是醉了。。。查了一下，国外12月22到1月6日是假期。。。。这么搞下来，我这文章还没拿到1审意见都4个月过去了。。
先前5月17投的scienteria horticulture 3个月被拒了，碰到同行说得特别难听。
一直纠结于该不该写催稿信，因为听说催了容易拒搞。12月13号鼓起勇气写了一个，发过去，没想到回复很快。学术编辑是个外国，回复如下：
Dear ………………，

You are absolutely right and we apologize for a quite uncommon situation.  We are very upset with the situation due to reviewers declining or not responding in due time.
We hope to have a final decision before the end of the month.

看样子因为放假，很多审稿人不愿意审稿或者接受的审稿人没给回意见。唉~~~学术编辑意思希望能在月底给出决定，我就担心到时候直接给拒搞，伤不起。。
一审都4个多月啊！。昨天还是under review ,今天直接变成decision in process,难道没有review completed吗？是不是容易悲剧啊？还有decison in process一般多久？？？
