1. The technical advantage of the authors' proposal is still unclear. Since the
   proposed algorithm is "greedy," the quality of resulting clock networks may heavily
   depend on the type of problem. So, please explain the reason why the proposed
   greedy algorithm outperforms the conventional methods. Also, what kind of problems
   can be efficiently solved with the proposed method?

2. What are the units of X-axes of Figs.6 and 7?

3. In Fig.9, please provide the legend of markers. Although, it seems that red- and
   blue-markers correspond to sink nodes and buffers, they are not clear.
