我最近申请了一个Marie Curie Initial Training Networks的博士后，前天晚上也面试了，今天仔细看了下要求说要求科研经历小于5年。我硕博连读现在是第六年了，会不会不符合要求啊？心里现在焦急啊，求助请问版上有了解的吗？ 谢谢

Experienced Researcher (ER) Requirements
Applicants for an ER post must, at the time of recruitment:
1) be in possession of a doctoral degree, independently of the time taken to acquire it, or have at least four years of full-time equivalent research experience;
and
2) have less than five years of full-time equivalent research experience.

Full-time equivalent research experience is defined as the research experience measured from the date when a researcher obtained the degree which would formally entitle him or her to embark on a doctorate, either in the country in which the degree was obtained or in the country in which the researcher is recruited or seconded, irrespective of whether or not a doctorate is or was ever envisaged.

Qualification and Experience Example 3:
A researcher obtained her PhD after 4 years and subsequently worked in research for 13 months under a post-doctoral position. She would not be eligible to be appointed as an ESR as she is in possession of a PhD.  She would not be eligible to be appointed as an ER as her research experience exceeds the first five years of her career.
Qualification and Experience Example 4:
An applicant is in the process of writing up his PhD after 4½ years of research and would like to apply for an appointment within the ITN. While he has not yet gained his doctorate, he would not be considered as an ESR due to his level of experience. However, he would be eligible for recruitment as an ER.@kiruwa@kevinming 返回小木虫查看更多
