Mr. XX is currently registered at the XXXXXXXXas a Ph.D. Candidate majoring in XXXXXXX.

During your visit at MST you will join our research group as a joint training student and participate in a major research program on XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXtechnique. I believe that this research program is significant both for your Ph.D. study and for the Chinese XXXXX industry. Based on my evaluation, your knowledge of the English language is deemed satisfactory for the basic research and communication needs.

It is my understating that you have been awarded a full scholarship by the China Scholarship Council, which covers all living expenses and medical insurance during your stay in the United States. As you will not register for any MST courses during your visit, you are not required to pay any tuition and fees.
