各位虫友，目前本人有一篇关于食品掺假与质量控制的文章，想投FOODQUALITYANDPREFERENCE，不知道在不在期刊接受范围内，好不好投？

请问这个期刊通过期刊的系统还是Wiley投稿，这两个系统中显示论文状态不一致，期刊系统显示NOTAssigned。另外一个Wiley显示underreview，让我必须通过wiley系统重新投稿
