While the topic may be of interest for the journal, the paper, at the moment, does not contain information which may be useful for the readers of the journal. The submitted work is possibly at a too early stage to be able to provide insightful considerations. What is in the paper are very general information and considerations about remote sensing, data merging and visualization issues, with little connection to what should be the core topic of the paper. The project is indeed majestic, but this does not emerge from the presented work. References are generic too, and does not cover very important virtual reconstruction works done in the last few years. Finally, the paper has been submitted without even changing to the required format (probably, reusing an already available document), making the document very difficult to read... This is quite annoying. |

| 改杂志属于法国出版，主编是意大利的。发表原创性和案例两种论文，为sci和AHCI索引，季刊。1999创刊，本人投过2篇，中了一篇。中国人在此刊发的文章少，统计1999-2009共有2篇大陆发的文章。 |
